First Day Orientation
I’m still alive! Imagine that! Sorry it keeps taking so long to make these comics. Believe it or not, I have been working on the comic, just not necessarily this comic. Behind the scenes I’m trying to learn how to make better art, but I don’t want to lose the “look and feel” I’ve already built. Being self-taught, it takes a while.
One of the changes is that the comic is now in the main area of the front page. No one sends me emails anymore, and I’ve long since ran out of jokes for the joke of the day, so now my eponymous comic will have to fill the space. Instead of a vertical strip in the sidebar, which I thought worked amazingly well on mobile, I now have a more conventionally squared up 4 panel rectangle.
One subtle improvement is the hands. I’ve been working really hard to make better hands. You have no idea how much time I have invested into making better hands. I’m still working on it, but hopefully they look good enough that no one will accuse me of using AI to draw the art.
It’s kind of funny that the current story arc is already spanning multiple years. I’ve really enjoyed exploring all the different scenarios with Temno as a demon. It’s a lot of fun, and hopefully readers also enjoy it, because I’ve got a lot more where that came from.
Again, it’s going to be an arbitrarily amount of time before I post another one, but hopefully sooner than it took to post this one. Hope to see you again real soon, and until next time…
